Day Heating Company

The very best you could hope for in a company. Everyone acted in unison to exceed my expectations. I had an emergency. I am not healthy and elderly. My old furnace was leaking gas and carbon monoxide into my home. The other company that Fidelity National Warranty Company sent let me down. I called Day and they install ed a high efficiency furnace and solved my dangerous situation in record breaking time at the right price. Every one at Day were professional and really caring. If you have an oil furnace do not use Day heating. Ours is still broke after 6+ visits They also wanted to charge us over $900.00 with a furnace still broken. We had already paid them for the first visit. After the last visit and yet another wrong part ordered they finally called to say we can't service your furnace.. This has been going on for almost 5 months.

I had a ductless system put in the home and it has not been able to heat or cool since the first month of operation. I had them come back and they said everything was fine. So we had another company come in and work on the system. They had to charge the system again.They found some issues with the head units and fixed them. That lasted about four months before the unit died again. In December I had them come in to service the system and try and get it to work again. They cleaned the heads on all the units and re-charged the system(a unit this old should not have to have the system charged, let alone charged again). Once again the system does not work. So this is July, it is hot, and nothing works. So I went in to see if they will do anything to remedy the problem, I was told that it only has a one year warranty and it is past that time. He was very polite in telling me it’s my problem, but it’s my problem. Even though I showed pictures of where the leak was at initial installation. I
