Where do I start? We had a gift cert. for free furnace service, which this company donated. The service tech that came out was Andy. He was very professional, friendly, conscientious., polite. Other than changing our filters for the 5 years we've owned the house, we haven't done anything to the furnace or heat pump. I had no idea these things need service. Boy! was I ill informed. Our furnace was disgusting, with inches of dog hair plugging the blower! (not our dog) Andy was gracious and did not make me feel stupid for not servicing the equipment. He provided great feedback and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company. I even called to make sure we get a reminder for next year! Thank you, Andy!

Bad experience. I will not call on them in the future. I called James to inquire about a bathroom fan and vent install. The receptionist was very friendly and said that their company does in fact work on these installs. Here's where it starts to go sideways. The " Rep" shows up 30 mins early, while I am still getting out of the shower. He was invited in and began talking to my girlfriend while I was throwing on clothes. Apparently while I was trying to get to him, he told my girlfriend that they do not do this kind of install and he was making his way out and away. I stopped him as he was leaving and began asking some questions. I said, " So you guys dont do this kind of install ? , Your receptionist said you do". He then snidely says, " Thats why shes a receptionist". I thought that was a rude way to throw your nice receptionist under the bus, at the same time marginilizing her contributions to the company. These folks have been solid from the beginning. I had a new AC and heating set up installed 4 years ago. They communicated clearly then and every year when they come out for the maintenance call the folks that come out are friendly, timely and professional. I haven't been surprised by unexpected costs at all. Today, August 15th, 2023, they came out because the AC unit stopped working yesterday afternoon and the house heated right up. They came out this morning, fixed the issue and put it under a warranty response and I was not charged. I will continue to work with them and recommend them to folks. In my experience, they have consistently communicated clearly and done what they say they are going to do.
