James Heating & Air Conditioning

They installed our gas heater and air conditioner. Took them a half day and was a beautiful job. Guys were great. Consider them like family now. Got them lunch and gave them each a tip. Sales staff and administration treated you like the most important client they ever had. Follow up and service was just as enjoyable. Would recommend them above all.

Wish I could give negative star rating. I used to think this was a company with customer service and integrity. I have even in the past recommended them to friends. Sorry friends , I purchased a complete new furnace /AC system, and water heater. Just this year my furnace has broken down twice, just in the last two weeks. When I could get someone out to look at it he explained that the problem I was having was caused by a part they should have noticed on an earlier inspection. Which I paid for. Furnace only ran 6 days and went out again. This time the guy wouldn't even come to our house, so I repaired it temporarily until parts arive. I could go on but.... just know they charged me over 250 dollars fore to repair their sloppy maintenance . Buyer beware.

Bad experience. I will not call on them in the future. I called James to inquire about a bathroom fan and vent install. The receptionist was very friendly and said that their company does in fact work on these installs. Here's where it starts to go sideways. The " Rep" shows up 30 mins early, while I am still getting out of the shower. He was invited in and began talking to my girlfriend while I was throwing on clothes. Apparently while I was trying to get to him, he told my girlfriend that they do not do this kind of install and he was making his way out and away. I stopped him as he was leaving and began asking some questions. I said, " So you guys dont do this kind of install ? , Your receptionist said you do". He then snidely says, " Thats why shes a receptionist". I thought that was a rude way to throw your nice receptionist under the bus, at the same time marginilizing her contributions to the company.
