We had a new air conditioning system put in recently and I want to highly recommend Melton's to anyone who needs any kind of HVAC work. The service was excellent, they were right on time, responded quickly to my emails, and they were priced better than any of the other quotes we got.
The gentleman that came, Robert? He was very knowledgeable. I just moved into a new house so we had our heating system serviced. He also explained to me how things work since I'm new to gas heat. He also helped me get my Honeywell system connected to WiFi and get me connected using a Honeywell app. I appreciate the extra assistance. I felt I was charged a reasonable price too.
Our A/C went out yesterday and my son had a scheduled wisdom teeth removal this morning. Panicked I called Melton’s because they have always done great service at our house. From the moment I called they were caring and got Robert out right after my son’s surgery. He was so professional and quick. Now my son can recover not dying in the heat. Thank you so much!
