Thomas was prompt, showed up at 0800, exactly when he said he would. He was incredibly knowledgeable with the electrical issues we needed to have repaired/installed but also answered my million questions with thoughtful, electrical code specific answers and provided detailed explanation of the why and reasons behind them all. A genuine teacher at heart and the patience of a saint. I am very inquisitive and love to learn how to fix things myself especially for our home, he was able to give me more confidence to tackle those smaller jobs on my own. Thomas arrived on a Wednesday to provide an estimate for a new circuit, circuit breaker, and putting two outlets on that panel in our garage.
