From our first inquiry call with Thomas to the completion of the job, it was clear every step of the way that we were in good hands with a well trained and thorough electrician. Thomas was honest and transparent about every step in the process and provided insight for options without pressure. He was able to give us a estimate and install a new electrical panel as well as a disconnect box and more before other electricians could come out for a scheduled estimate. Plus! Thomas was prompt, showed up at 0800, exactly when he said he would. He was incredibly knowledgeable with the electrical issues we needed to have repaired/installed but also answered my million questions with thoughtful, electrical code specific answers and provided detailed explanation of the why and reasons behind them all. A genuine teacher at heart and the patience of a saint. I am very inquisitive and love to learn how to fix things myself especially for our home, he was able to give me more confidence to tackle those smaller jobs on my own.
