D & R Heating and Air

These guys have done two great things for us that other companies completely failed to do. We only had others out initially because we had a home warranty (no longer). First, the team detected a leak in my furnace after I’d been smelling it for weeks, and replaced it right away, following up repeatedly to make sure everything was properly installed. Second, our ac had stopped flowing to our upstairs rooms, making it almost impossible for our kids to be up there. They took the time to look at our ducting, which I thought was the problem (the first guy honestly just told us “sometimes it be like that”), they found where it was badly installed and/or leaking, and replaced it with properly sized materials and fixed it so that it feels great up there. We are sooo happy and grateful, we have a very full house and didn’t know what we were going to do. Thanks a million!! D&R Heating completed a new AC unit install and did a fantastic job. I enjoyed working with Janet from the office who kept me updated on the schedule specially when parts needed to be ordered. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The installers Greg and Mason were professional, on time and it was obvious they knew what they were doing and communicated well. Best customer service! I highly recommend this company and will use them in the furniture.

From the very beginning, when we scheduled D&R's company estimate, we were introduced to "The Voice" - Janet (their wonderful receptionist, the one we first encountered - who we assume wears many important hats). What a delight! She was unusually cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and above all, caring! She gave us all of the essential information we needed. Every time we called-in, we felt as if we were calling "home." Then at the scheduled estimate, Juan, D&R's representative was pleasingly warm, cheerful, professional and efficient. He didn't speak to us as 'our stereotype of a car salesmen', but clear, truthful and friendly, as if he genuinely was concerned about our needs. Juan answered all of our questions and became the face of D&R Heating and Air.
