I had D&R tune up my AC unit. This review is more for the technician that performed the tune up, Paul Robbins. I’m extremely happy with Paul and the services he provided. I have a hard time trusting technicians with anything but Paul has quickly gained my trust. He was thorough with his inspection and even taught me a few things about furnaces along the way. Seriously, what an awesome guy who represented his company in the best way possible. Paul was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. He addressed every single concern I had. D&R replaced our air conditioning system, correcting the previous installation's issues that led to it's failure. From the quoting process through to the end of job, D&R handled everything with professionalism and in a timely manner. In one day, Greg and Mason and their crew, removed the old system, completed the tricky install of the new system, verified operation, cleaned up, and left the system's manual and reference paperwork securely on the unit. Janet, who handled this job's paperwork and customer communication was particularly a joy to work with, anticipating all questions with ready answers, as well as follow up. Smoooth! I was impressed. From the very beginning, when we scheduled D&R's company estimate, we were introduced to "The Voice" - Janet (their wonderful receptionist, the one we first encountered - who we assume wears many important hats). What a delight! She was unusually cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and above all, caring! She gave us all of the essential information we needed. Every time we called-in, we felt as if we were calling "home." Then at the scheduled estimate, Juan, D&R's representative was pleasingly warm, cheerful, professional and efficient. He didn't speak to us as 'our stereotype of a car salesmen', but clear, truthful and friendly, as if he genuinely was concerned about our needs.
