Incredible company. Was an employee for quite awhile. Good to their customers and employees.

It was a few years back when I got the roof done by this company. I needed a copy of the receipt so I contacted JBC to get one emailed to me. Apparently Google is listening to my phone calls, thanks for that you intrusive %^|~<*'s. Anyway I would never have reviewed this but since I sent it to me I will add this one humorous thing. The woman that works there is continuously grouchy. She was unpleasant on virtually every exchange I had getting the roof done. When I called this time the first call didn't quite go through and I had to call back. When I called back just a moment later I got an exasperated wwhaat? She did email me the receipt very quickly but if you do work with this company just let this one's attitude roll off your back like water on a duck. I wouldn't not use them in the future because of her but it's pretty weird.

I live in a neighborhood where the houses are packed together and parking is tight, which complicates most major home improvement projects. The roofing crew easily adapted to the challenges and did a great job and was very respectful of the neighbors ????. Service: Roof installation
