I called Apollo Plumbing because of a previous positive history working with them in the property management business. I needed to check on the function of our private sewer line, because the City was in the process of upgrading the public line. Stacey took my call, and answered a number of questions for me. She was able to expedite an appointment because the sewer work was going to start soon. She was polite and patient with my questions. Cameron was the technician who performed the camera scope work on our drain line. He showed up on time, and was also patient with a long list of questions I had. We went through the entire scope video, and he was able to point out trouble areas, including a large root ball in the middle of our line. He explained several solutions, and he arranged for quotes to be developed for repairs.
