Grant installed a new water heater for us a few weeks ago. Not only was the price very reasonable, but every encounter I had with him (in person, text, or phone call) he had the most wonderful customer service!! Awesome explanation, execution, and follow-up.

After using our new AC unit, I wanted to add comment. When the unit runs for awhile, water literally comes gushing out of the drain pipe outside. So much water comes out that it is causing the ground below to erode. I have to place a bucket underneath this pipe to collect all of the water. I also have to empty this full bucket of water at least 4 times per hour, this is not normal to me. Some water should come out of this pipe, but not this much. I spoke to the lead installer who told me this is normal operation, no, this is NOT normal operation. I am going to need to figure out a way to re-direct this flow of water as to stop this erosion from occurring. Something is not right with this new unit.

Wolcott was the company that installed the HVAC in the new construction house I purchased two years ago. They were the most competent vendor used by this particular builder. I purchased a maintenance contract for a twice annual checkup on my furnace and condensing unit which is a critical need for keeping the system running to its life expectancy.
