Trevor was able to come out on short notice. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain to us what the issue was and possible solutions. I would definitely recommend him.

Our heater went off on Saturday night, we called on a Sunday! We received help within a hour! Responsive! Then Trevor was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explained the problem and the fix. Trevor came out last minute which was so amazing and I'm not sure if it's cause it was late in the evening and I was his last customer or what but he did no diagnostic testing at all. Wasn't wanting to take into considering what I was saying what I was experiencing. He did attempt to program my thermostat to the best of his abilities which was my main reason for calling but he has done the least of other HVAC guys that have come out. He claimed it was my gas valve and after some research there were multiple diagnostic test he could have done to actual see if it was my entire gas valve or just a circuit cord etc. Very disappointed I didn't receive the great service these other customers seem to have get.
