I called them and they had Shawn come in a couple of hours later. Shawn worked very hard to get my kitchen drain going, without him it would have been impossible. He is an expert and hard working man. Thank you so much Shawn. PS, I gave the company 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey but I would give Shawn 5 stars.

Within 2 hrs. of calling Agentis Plumbing to request service, Eric L. arrived at our house. After evaluating the nature of our floor drain problem, he took considerable care in protecting the floors in the house as he brought in his equipment to clear the drain. Throughout his time here, he was very professional and informative about what he was doing, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Honest, professional company with integrity! Called them for a quote to replace a water heater. Another company gave us a price that seemed very high. Agentis was not only less expensive, but determined our six year old water heater was fine! The water in our basement was coming from another source.
