Absolutely no one is perfect. Issues happen and what sets a good company apart from the rest of the pack is how issues are handled. We had a third floor central ac system replaced in our in law suite a few months ago. This morning we noticed moisture on the ceiling of our bathroom. We called Werley and they were her in a few hours. Our tech discovered the condensate line was not secured properly which caused a leak. Not only was he able to fix it right away but I was told Werley will contact me to correct the condensate line and their drywall specialist will reach out to rectify the damage. Recently made an appointment with Werley HVAC to get an estimate for a new central air unit. Adam Nickisher arrived at my residence for the scheduled appt. He was very knowledgeable and had at least 3 to 4 options for me to choose from. Adam performed a head load calculation for my residence, and advised me of the proper size unit that would be required! Adam was aware that I had gotten other estimates, he didn't want to lose a valued customer! He went above and beyond to retain me as a Very Satisfied Werley Customer!! Adam even advised me that about a week after installation, he will check in to make sure everything is running smoothly! The installers Eric and Jose were great as well. They were very meticulous about the installation! Thank You Werley for employing great people!!!
