Thermostat indicated a malfunction when the heat came on. Called and tech suggested trying some actions to clear the problem so as not to incur a service call. Didn't work so booked a tech to come out. That day Hannabery called a stated a tech was available earlier and we agreed to have him come. He worked on the problem, determining the cause and fixing the problem. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Services: Heating system repair, Thermostat repair, Repair HVAC

Phil and his installation team did a great job. Showed up on the pre-schedule day of service, on time or early everyday. Worked quietly and kept an orderly / clean job site throughout the project. Made improvements to the new installation site as applicable, and made me aware of those changes. Took the time to review the entire system with me and answered my questions. Went above and beyond to relocate an outdoor unit name plate for aesthetics at the end of the job. Service: Heating system installation
