We had a leaking hose pipe in the basement and a leaking kitchen sink faucet that needed to be repaired. Ty was able to fit us into his schedule for the same week. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely friendly and professional! He clearly explained what was needed for each repair and was able to supply an estimate right away. He had everything fixed within a few hours. We weren't expecting to replace our kitchen sink faucet so I appreciated the time he took to make sure he picked up something we liked from the store. We needed our dryer vent installed in our basement, along with the electric outlet. Ty was punctual, he did exactly what he said he would do. He brought the materials and made it very easy for us.
