Horizon Services - Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating

Nick performed our A/C and heater tune up this year. He was professional, respectful, and patient with answering my questions. I liked that he put on shoe covers without me asking to protect our floors and carpets from dirt. As a first time home owner, I appreciate him teaching me how to best care for our A/C and heater.

Russell, who works the “after hours shift” in my service area, is an excellent service tech. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He truly makes stressful situations easier to deal with. I will gladly call Horizon Services anytime going forward. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

I would rate Horizon 5-stars if the costs of their larger projects were as good. Their customer service, drainer pros, and plumbing techs have all been top notch. They are friendly, informative, on time, etc. For drain services they are very prompt to reply to a service call and have great prices. My only gripe would be the price for larger plumbing projects. Their quotes are often almost twice the costs of your local trades people. But i do really like the company and will use them in the future
