I called and set up appointment to have a gas fireplace insert installed. It took about a month for someone to finally come out just to have him say ‘I don’t know about this and that, I’m not sure about this, etc.’ the whole appointment. He said give him 2 weeks to do some research and he will email me. After over two weeks and no follow up, I emailed the rep. He responded with a link to a website that had hundreds of different kinds and choices and said pick one you might like with no direction from him. How would I know what to pick. He’s supposed to be the expert. Never using this company. Bad first impression.
Fritch is always prompt in response and service providers provide honest information.
Great job, saved us a lot of money and was honest. I highly recommend Fritch for AC maintenance. Service: A/C system maintenance
