Gary was very personable. honest and fair in his pricing. He accommodated our schedule, arrived as promised and did a great job installing the new chimney cap. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again for other work! It was a pleasure doing business with him!
Gary came out to my house to fix some flashing that needed to be fixed and fixed my entrance into my house. He was very honest and thorough. His response time was very quick from the time of the consultation to the actual work being done - less than a week! I would recommend Real Deals!
I scheduled a consultation with Larry but he never showed up to the appointment. He didn't even bother to call or message me to cancel. I, in turn, didn't bother following up because that alone is a red flag to me and I will not work with a business like that. If you cannot show up to our scheduled appointment or have the decency to contact me about your absence, how can I expect you to complete my job professionally?
