Julius is a fair and honest man and my family and I truly appreciate the work he has done for us under such short notice. We have a deadline of a few days to get our roof inspected for our 1st home purchase and after making several calls to other local companies who never called us back, one actualy remembered me but forgot to make notes on what I needed to be done, Julius came through in the clutch with outstanding honest work.From my 1st call from him, he knew exactly what I needed and ensured it will be done before the deadline. We had paid a small roofing company $3000 to fix a leak in out tiny roof a year before we met Julius. The roof continued to leak to we then had Julius come out and he had said the previous guy did a terrible job but he would take care of it. So we paid Julius another $3000 to fix the roof. After he "fixed" the roof it continued to leak. So we paid him another $1000 to do some other fixes that he said would do the trick. We were reluctant to give him more money but really needed it fixed. Well, now the roof leaks in 4 different spots...its gotten worse and now he says we need to do a whole roof tear off and star from scratch for $5000!!! It ridiculous how these contractors don't stand by their work. So disappointing.

Julius and his son were both extremely informative and professional. We weren't sure if we needed a new roof or a patch and they helped give us the options. They ended up fixing our leaky roof for a very reasonable price and saved us the expense of a new roof.
