We all need some folks we feel comfortable with and can count on. I had a few leaks from copper pipes. Doug gave me an estimate to replace all the water lines in our home. I put it off for nearly two years. Eventually, we had another leak and I finally called him to come out and do the work. I arranged for a drywall contractor to open the walls & ceilings prior to his arrival. He had to cancel and I am very glad he did. Doug cut only what he absolutely needed to and avoided damaging several walls by rerouting the pipes to new locations. While in there, he also replaced everything else that would require opening up walls if they leaked. The work was done well and very close to original estimate. He is my plumber!

We bought our home in August. In mid January, the 18-year old gas water heater died. We called Adams Plumbing and they were able to replace it with a new one within a couple days. The total for the new gas water heater, removal & install, plus disposal of the old one, took only about 3 hours and was only a little more than it would have cost me to do it myself (at less than 1/3 the time and hassle than it would have been for me to do it myself). Very professional and quick response. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I called in 2018 and left a message with no call back and now that it's 4 years later thought I'd give Adams Plumbing another chance for a different job. So, I called again and left a message a week ago and guess what? Right, no call back, no response, no nothing!! I will never call Adams again and will never recommend them. Actually, I will do quite the opposite!! By the way, I didn't use their business because they never gave me a chance!!
