We bought our home in August. In mid January, the 18-year old gas water heater died. We called Adams Plumbing and they were able to replace it with a new one within a couple days. The total for the new gas water heater, removal & install, plus disposal of the old one, took only about 3 hours and was only a little more than it would have cost me to do it myself (at less than 1/3 the time and hassle than it would have been for me to do it myself). Very professional and quick response. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Called on Friday (they were closed) and left a message early in the day. Two bathrooms flooded at my home as it appears the main sewer was clogged. Waited for call back. No one called. They were closed on Monday too. A week later and still no one called back. Not good ! What's the point of 24 hr emergency service if no one calls back ?

Gabe was absolutely a blessing. Timely, professional and did a great job installing a top of the line water heater. He explained exactly what he needed to do. Went over all that was covered with my purchase and was clear about what I needed to do to maintain the best performance. I am happy with Adams plumbing and will rely on them for their many services.
