Twenty plus FIVE STAR reviews don't lie! That's how I choose John for our electrical work in our new home and I am so very glad I did. He was very prompt and kept us completely informed about the progress of the job. He understood that, to us, our new lighting and wiring needs were more than just work that needed to be done, but also our TLC and personal stamp in our dream home. He and Jerry really treated our decisions, our wish list and our home with respect and enthusiasm. We are very lucky to have found such a professional and excellent electrician to call on from now on!

John was excellent to work with. Very professional. I contacted him inquiring about having work done and he was at my house in 2 hours. John is a very friendly and honest person. The price was very fair as well. I highly recommend contacting him for work you need done. I will absolutely contact him again when I need work done.

Had Jerry install a couple additional outlets into my room. My appointment was pushed back the first day since he failed to look up my address and be on time. No big deal, moved it to the following day which once again, he was late. No big deal. Was told numerous times prior to the appointment there would be no upcharge in materials. After the work is nearly completed, I get my invoice. It's not price itemized but me being nice decided to give Jerry the benefit of the doubt and paid. That was my mistake. He upcharged me on the materials. I called him back, he checks his receipts and acknowledges that he did charge me too much. So now I ask for a refund and he won't respond to me and ignores my calls and texts. Apparently this companies good reputation and satisfaction guaranteed was built on the previous owner, John. Update 9/12. Refund was issued.
