Pretty surprised how quick I got techs over. I called at like noon and at 3pm 2 nice young fellas came and diagnosed the issue. Simple clog in laundry. Paid a little more than I wanted ($300) but also no service fee. Hopefully someone in mgmt reads this and I can get a price break on a replacement of my cast iron pipe in basement to pvc as a repeat customer ????

I had a crack in an old cast iron sewer line running from 3rd floor bathroom to basement. Met with Paul to get an initial estimate. He was able to assess the issue and quickly provide me with an initial quote that included a full description of what the work would entail. Due to only having one bathroom in the house, Paul made this job a priority and was able to schedule the work the very next morning. Wade and Anthony showed up at 8am and we’re prepared to get the work done. They worked very efficiently and were careful to minimize any damage when opening up the walls. Wade showed me the extent of the crack in the pipe and explained exactly what needed to be done. He even suggested adding a clean out for easy access in the event I ever had a clog. Something I never would have even thought about. They did a great job in cleaning up and removing all debris.
