It turned out the shingles I picked were in stock and within 3 weeks of contact I had my beautiful new roof. Novak Home Improvements did a beautiful job on my roof. They used Atlas shingles which are in my opinion after researching shingles the best. They have a great warranty. We are very pleased and the roof looks like a piece of artwork. I never realized a roof could be so beautiful. Novak cleaned up after installation and during installation had covered up all of my shrubbery near the house. We highly recommend Novak .

This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I contracted them over a year ago to remove and install a new roof and gutters. They sold me hopes and dreams regarding their warranties and workmanship but as soon as they were paid in full (before all the work was completed correctly) they simply will not return to complete the job. I even had to have someone else do the gutter installation for me. I have 14 pages of emails containing photos to documents our correspondence regarding the workmanship and clear visible defects in the roof which they have acknowledged but have yet to repair. From the two individuals who put their feet through my BRAND NEW CEILING IN TWO SEPERATE ROOMS to the flat roof in the back of my home that has several waves and wrinkles in it, this has been one of the most disheartening renovation experiences EVER!
