Ramos Electric promptly returned my phone call and came by the following day to take notes to provide an estimate. There was some confusion that the estimate ended up in my spam mail, but Joe followed up to see if I had received it. At that time I checked my mail and found the estimate. I agreed to have the work done and he showed up promptly and was very cheerful and competent about getting all of the work done. I ended up having a couple of extra things taken care of and he was very fair about the additional cost. I have to say that this is one of the best experiences with a contractor that I’ve ever had and I would definitely recommend this electrician! Thank you. Joe was fantastic! I had a few other electricians out to review the same work and he was the only one who problem solved thoroughly with the issue before telling me what needed to be done. He gave me a quick overview of how a house is wired in order to explain what he thought might be causing the problem and showed me things nobody else had. I chose him simply from that conversation because he gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to charge me more than necessary. I had 4 projects for him around the house and he did each one quickly and efficiently with an effort to do it the right way and most cost effective. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone and will call again if we ever need him!
Thank you Joe for the great work. Joe was on time , professional and a perfectionist with his work. He completed a job that should have easily taken 2 days in one day and he was detail oriented to the fullest and the project looks flawless. He had very fair prices and didn’t push to add extra things to drive up the price. He will 100% be the guy I call next for my next project!!
