Very good guys, received a call a half hour prior to my appointment to inform me that they would be running late (no big deal), they only showed up a few minutes after the appointment window which in my book isn’t that late, but they still had the courtesy to call which I enjoyed. They were very professional in their diagnosis, great to talk to, and explained everything in detail. I had a possible leak investigated, and my furnace readied up for the winter, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’d recommend these guys to anyone in Bridgeville and surrounding areas for their HVAC needs. They were the only company willing to send a technician out the same day, and when he arrived, he was personable, straightforward, efficient and neat. They got my furnace working again in relatively short order, and at a very reasonable price. They will be the first company I call for my heating and cooling needs moving forward. We recently had a great experience with John Wilcox Plumbing and Heating. During an annual inspection, another HVAC contractor came up with an extensive list of repairs for our air conditioning system that prompted us to consider a replacement. When John came out to quote a new unit, he visually inspected the equipment and stated that he felt that the required repairs may have been inflated. He scheduled a tech to come out to do a more thorough test and inspection and validated that the unit only needed minor repairs, saving us thousands of dollars.
