I called a couple other roofing companies prior to Storm Guard and as a customer, I was not treated as a priority. I called Storm Guard and was able to set up an appt the same day. A gentleman came out to inspect my rook leak and gave me all the details I needed. They fixed the problematic area on my roof and charged me less than a standard roof repair.
