Saints owner Barry Hicks was very quick to respond to my call for an estimate. Very professional and friendly, eager to answer all questions. The job was scheduled quickly and would’ve been done in one day if not for a change in weather; it was finished the next day. The crew was very efficient and friendly. When the job was done and the crew left the premises, everything was cleaned up, even some trash that wasn’t theirs. I love the look of my new roof, and I’m happy with the financing provided and the warranty. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Saints Roofing, and I would definitely recommend them. They returned my call within 24 hours to set up a date & time for inspection within 3 days. Barry was super nice and professional to talk to. Within 3 days of estimate they completed the work which was resealing a flat roof and fixing the fascia around my porch roof. The workers were friendly and professional. They came in quietly and did their work and cleaned up the area like they were never there. If I hadn’t been outside when they showed up I would’ve never known they were there - they were that quiet! I had one concern that I reached back out and they had someone out there to fix my concern on a Sunday!!! Huge relief to get roof problems fixed so quickly and professionally. From the initial call to the date they did the work was 7 days. I also appreciated that they talked to you like a normal person…unlike some roofing contractors who talk down to you because you need a repair or want to fix everything else but the issue. Bruce and Ruth are the best…. While setting up appointments to have my house roof done I had some serious issues. They were more than willing to work with me. Bruce picked out my singles color ,did a fantastic job , placed tarps around the house for excellent clean up left the house and properly looking great. I would highly recommend Saints Construction and Roofing the name is perfect. Thanks for everything!!!
