We had a hot water tank emergency and they found a way to fit us into a busy schedule. On the same day, they installed a hot water heater and expansion tank. I would highly recommend this company. They do excellent work and are very professional.

So, it's three days before the big holiday and my furnace quit working. I thought I'd have to wait for days, especially with all the COVID staff shortages to get someone to look at my furnace. I was originally told they could be here next day, which was great. They ended up calling me back a few moments later and said they could actually have someone here in 30 minutes! Ben (I think?) showed up promptly, was very personable, and explained to me what was happening with the furnace. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Triangle Air Conditioning. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this business. Thank you!! Great Service People...Even After The Call Triangle has been servicing my parents’ HVAC for a number of years, doing regular checks, cleaning, etc. So when their furnace stopped after Thanksgiving they called for weekend service. The response was quick, and the technician tried to find a way to get their system running again, but ultimately they needed a new inducer blower. The part was ordered and quickly installed. The labor charges were as expected for weekend service and subsequent install of the new part, but the pricing on the part seemed off. I contacted Triangle, and got a call back from the owner, Ben. He'd contacted their distributor, and then the distributors regional manager, and found that the distributor had mis-priced the part. Ben adjusted the price to its correct level, and even added a discount for the trouble!! The willingness to get to the bottom of an issue that could have been brushed off points to the conscientious nature of this company and to their service
