Paul was friendly, thorough and overall wonderful to work with. They were able to come out the same day. Explained the process well and answered all my questions. He left the area clean and spotless. Would definitely recommend him and plan to use them again in the future should we need it. Service: Toilet repair

I had Murphy's out to fix a faucet in my jacuzzi top that began leaking. They were very professional, showed up when they said the would, and got the job done to complete satisfaction. The service technician explained what and why he was doing the things he had to do in order to fix is and answered all my questions. We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, and I was informed that the plumber would show up between 11am-1pm. At 12:45, I call to ask for updates on the plumber’s arrival. The person on the phone reassured me they would be there, but they’re running late. The plumber never showed up, and I tried to call back to ask for an update with the plumber’s arrival. I was directed to an outsourced customer service which proceeded to hang up on me. I cannot recommend this place. If you couldn’t commit to the appointment, the only thing I expect is that you communicate that.
