Wm. Henderson was extremely responsive to our needs for an A/C system from calling for service, having a sales rep quoting me a price and install the next day. Their quoted price was below the two other quotes we received. The installers were professional and the system is working great Service: Install AC
I give two stars because the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. However, before booking the appointment I called and asked about how the pricing worked. I was told it was an $89 dispatch fee and then the technician will go over the estimate and you decide if you want to proceed. I was charged $145 instead. The technician says he had to charge for thirty minutes of labor. I feel very mislead. I was expecting to only pay the $89. Please be careful when booking your appointment!!
