My water heater broke down on a Saturday (of course) I called and even with other emergency calls they squeezed me in. They arrived @4:00 PM prepared to install a new water heater. Turned out my pilot light went out. They could have just installed the new one and I would have never known about the pilot light. The heater is due to be replaced soon, but I’m so happy they didn’t install the new one and charge me weekend rates. In fact as I was ready to write a check for the service call, they waved it off. If not for Covid, I would have hugged them. I have always used Cropf Brothers and I highly recommend them only if you want professional, prompt, reliable, honest plumbers in your home. They did a great job, sending Terry who is a plumber of 37 years. I really appreciated his expertise and the fact that he was able to quickly resolve my issue. I highly recommend them and will use them going forward.
