I wanted to let you know after my last review Leggett stepped up after my concerns and made it right! They contacted me to let me know they wanted to correct it and it was important .So being a long time customer is important to Leggett. I thanked them for caring about thier clients and would recommend them! I have been a customer of Leggett Incorporated for numerous years I have been a customer for 25 years and the last 2 services have been extremely disappointing very disappointing I referred Legg it to a very valued individual they came out did a An appointment for recommendations and then when I called back to speak to the person in charge to complete the work recommended I got no return phone call back they spent a $175 for nothing!! because no one will call back willing to complete the services and the last maintenance call I had they punched enough a holed into my duck work that when the air came on it whistled I had to patch my duck work with duct tape they were training a new

It starts with a phone call to Leggett with a request for service or a question about my HAVAC concern. A real, live person answers and listens patiently to my concern. It is addressed and an appointment scheduled if necessary. The office staff keeps me informed of upcoming maintenance appointments and the time frame for the service appointment. The service techs are knowledgeable, courteous and always explain any work that needs to be done. I have been a satisfied residential customer of Leggett for over 10 years and have recommended them to several of my friends or neighbors. Service: Repair HVAC
