Spent a night with no heat. Called Pisanchyn at approximately 10:30 am, and was told they would put out a call to one of their repairmen. We got a call maybe 15 minutes later from the tech, telling us he would be at our home within the hour. About 30 minutes later, he showed up and spent 30 - 40 minutes repairing our furnace. The price was so reasonable, and we were astonished by the rapid response and courteous, professional service.
