Had to call Tapper & Sons twice within the last couple months for heating issues. Great service, friendly, professional and prompt. Explained everything and what it will cost. Will be getting the service plan with them. Hopefully won't have to use it but will feel better knowing they will help if we have any more issues. Service: Heating system repair

Tapper & Sons Inc. installed an American Standard air conditioning unit in my townhouse in 2019 and did an amazing job with removal of my old unit and installation of my new unit! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and care that they demonstrated! A few days ago, the made a service call because no air was blowing from the vents in my townhouse. They basically arrived the next day and replaced a capacitor that ran my Tran Furnace and American Standard AC the correct the problem. They ran additional test on my thermostat and units to make sure that everything was running properly before they left and made recommendations concerning future maintenance and potential problem from my blower that the capacitor, albeit unlikely, may have caused. They were extremely polite, professional, and happy to help at a very affordable cost!!! I would recommend every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Thank you again!!!!
