Not using this company any more when I needed them most they didn't come through for me. I purchased an ac unit my self from a wholesaler direct. Had it installed the blower wasn't working. Called them to come out and fix it they refused to send someone after hours which at first they were going to for a minimum of 225.00 when they realized that It was me they refused because I didn't go with their quote of 7 thousand for a new ac. They did say they would come out during business hours with no regard that it was 100 degrees out. Long story short a tech from a different company came out spent a half hour and fixed it. I will no longer do business with this company.
In response to Kevin's review.....I called on Wednesday and they told me they couldn't come until Monday not the next day, so that right there is not the truth. We did not get it bogusly online, we bought it wholesale from the manufacturer. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
Honest and professional! Had another company tell us we needed over $5,600 in new parts. Dave came out for a second opinion and told us there was nothing wrong with our furnace. We will definitely use them again! Service: HVAC system maintenance
