Woke up this AM and the heat shut off at some point overnight. It was 59F in our upstairs bedroom. I contacted O’Brien and someone was at my house 30 minutes later. They diagnosed the problem, returned shortly thereafter with the new gas valve and RTD, and we were up and running with heat before lunch. Rare that I see this level of customer service anymore!
