I picked Fran to do my EV charger install and replace some outlets because of the positive reviews he has. And I must say, he did not disappoint! He is extremely professional and does quality work. He did his due diligence with researching the charging station I bought to make sure he installed the correct wiring and breaker. I will be using him for all future electrical projects! We contracted Ward Electrical Services to relocate our electrical panel. A deposit of over $1000 was paid over a month ago and no work has been completed. After much back and forth with Franny Ward, we have requested our deposit back so we can pursue other contractors. Unfortunately, we were told that the money was already spent, which seems like poor business practice. We have been extremely patient with him, even offering to be paid back in increments. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The whole situation has been very shady and now we are left to pursue legal action in order to get our money back.
