Today Nick and Jerry came to our home because something was going on where we had no hot water. They arrived on time, very attentive to what we told them about the situation, checked out the water heater and then gave us good news. We didn't have to replace the unit but it did need to have the heating element replaced. We are very happy with them and pleased we called LPH.
