I was given a fair quote from Matt for a new furnace in Feb. 2021 after mine groaned to a complete halt. They offered to bring me a few space heaters to keep me warm until John and his crew could come out and replace my furnace. I was very impressed with how professional, courteous, and efficient the team was. Then after my dog(s) had been peeing on my outdoor AC unit, I knew it was a matter of time before that would fail, and fail it did 2 weeks ago. Again Matt gave me a fair quote and said they could loan me a few window units since it was going to be 2 weeks before they could replace my central air (hey when you're that good, you gotta wait in line!). Fortunately they were able to get my old unit limping along and I didn't need the window units. Today John and his team (I'm sorry I can't remember the young fella's name who works under John's direction), well they replaced my AC indoor coils and outdoor fan in 3.5 hours which I thought was really fast. When trying out a new company, it can be nerve-wracking. However, I decided to give them a chance since Comfort Solutions was conveniently located near my home. Fortunately, they were able to repair my A/C unit, which was approaching the end of its lifespan, giving me more time before having to replace it. I appreciated that they didn't use any aggressive sales tactics to convince me to spend a lot of money right away. Instead, they were understanding and accommodating, taking the time to establish a strong customer relationship that inspires loyalty.
