I realized my air conditioner was not blowing cool air and called the office @8 am and left a message. Karen called me back very quickly & arranged a technician to be at my house today between 11-3pm. Paul called me before 11am & said he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me he would be replacing the part which was under warranty ( no cost to me! ) and quickly & efficiently had everything working within an hour! When trying out a new company, it can be nerve-wracking. However, I decided to give them a chance since Comfort Solutions was conveniently located near my home. Fortunately, they were able to repair my A/C unit, which was approaching the end of its lifespan, giving me more time before having to replace it. I appreciated that they didn't use any aggressive sales tactics to convince me to spend a lot of money right away. Instead, they were understanding and accommodating, taking the time to establish a strong customer relationship that inspires loyalty.
