I was given a fair quote from Matt for a new furnace in Feb. 2021 after mine groaned to a complete halt. They offered to bring me a few space heaters to keep me warm until John and his crew could come out and replace my furnace. I was very impressed with how professional, courteous, and efficient the team was. Then after my dog(s) had been peeing on my outdoor AC unit, I knew it was a matter of time before that would fail, and fail it did 2 weeks ago. Again Matt gave me a fair quote and said they could loan me a few window units since it was going to be 2 weeks before they could replace my central air (hey when you're that good, you gotta wait in line!). Fortunately they were able to get my old unit limping along and I didn't need the window units. Today John and his team (I'm sorry I can't remember the young fella's name who works under John's direction), well they replaced my AC indoor coils and outdoor fan in 3.5 hours which I thought was really fast. My A/C unit stopped cooling. The technician, Sean, came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and I had a telephone call with his field supervisor to discuss options. I elected to replace the entire unit since it was 23 years old, but it was not by any means a result of their pressure or suggestion. The field supervisor told me a general replacement price, which was several hundred dollars below the true estimate once he was able to get into his computer system. They nevertheless honored his original quote. Installation went smoothly. There was a minor issue with the model of the thermostat, which they immediately fixed.
