My technician was very prompt, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things to me and figure out options. He didn’t wear a mask, which I didn’t ask him too but I was surprised because I think people should default to masking and then ask to not wear a mask when coming into your house. Let me emphasize he was very nice, but he is “old school” lives in the NorthEast. He was telling me a story of working another job (I’m White) he described the other client as “colored”….My neighbor is an older Black man, he had a good experience with the same technician and referred me, but just an FYI at minimum there are some vernacular issues there.

We had Fahrenheit come in and install a new AC system and an indirect water heater for our home. The company was always responsive and sent as many techs as needed to our home to do the work in a timely fashion (which at some point I believe was 6 at once). It was definitely expensive work, but Fahrenheit was below two other estimates we had received. We did end up needing to replace all of our ductwork, as it was full of water, unbeknownst to anyone beforehand, not even us. The crew did move and reconfigure our AC into the center of our attic to get better distribution through the house, as it was poorly reconfigured previously. We are also so happy to have hot water in all of ours showers and baths now! Service: Install AC
