My tenants are all moved in now and comfortable thanks to Shawn and his efficient work, his flexibility to service my house the next day after speaking to him. I have a 1960's Crown boiler. He was very informative and knowledgeable. His assessment, acquiring the part, and installing to complete the job was done in awesome time so that my tenants were able to move in on time, not to mention his costs were totally affordable. Shawn and his crew company came through in flying colors for me this past week. My 40+ year old boiler decided it was time to die in the afternoon - assuming I wouldn’t be able to get someone to the house to look at it until the next day at least, they were the first call I made and Shawn was here within hours that same evening despite it being past normal business hours. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what happened and spent the time to visually point everything out to me so I fully understood what was going on. He provided me with multiple options, and unlike a lot of other companies, at no point did I feel pressured into paying for any more expensive options.
