I will be calling the BBB on this company. Salesperson sells you an experience that does not get delivered. The salesperson will go over everything the way you want to hear it and then the expectation of what the workers do is totally different. There is no communication between the sales person and workers which is a vital part of running any business. Instead, after they break your J Channel above your garage, the owner will call you and tell you that your aggressive for complaining about it and then he will talk about how he owns a $55,000 and $60,000 piece of equipment to avoid things happening as if this is supposed to make the commoner in myself feel better. There is a level of money arrogance at East Penn where if they get your money it's a done and dusted deal and they don't care. The evidence of this is how easily the owner will tell you they spend 100k on safety equipment, that by the pictures below, do not deliver on their promise. The owner I'm sure will comment on this wit
