AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Only call them if you want incompetence. They came multiple times and couldn’t figure out the sensor needed replacement. The technician was on his phone for an hour and a half which was billed for, and he still couldn’t figure out after his long conversation. He literally was just on his phone and walking around. After $1250+ I will never be calling them again.

Best of the Lehigh Valley!! They installed our HVAC when we built our home five years ago. Recently, our water heater (not installed by them) busted. I called them first for help. Joe, the service manager, found a unit and sent Justin to replace it within two days. Always a great experience with Harned Durham!

They said they couldn’t find the unit we needed for our home and then tried to up sell us with different one. After weeks of looking they found what we wanted but it was still way more expensive than the other company we found. (I mean way more expensive.) I think they were to busy to deal with us at the time and didn’t want to tell us so they made it very difficult to use them. Not a good experience at all. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone else. The company we used found the same unit they said they couldn’t find within minutes and did a fabulous job taking care of our service needs.
