I have been a customer for 4 years. Mostly for cleaning, but also 1 repair. The cleanings are fantastic and the units work like new after every cleaning. As for repairs... my experience, is they are willing to go above and beyond whenever they can. I would highly recommend this company. Services: Cleaning, Ductless heating & A/C services

Jarred our service tech was very professional. He called us when he was 15 minutes from our home to let us know that he was on his way. He was very neat with our repair and explained everything that he did. I would highly recommend Harned Durham Energy and their team to anyone who is need of heating and air conditioning services.

They said they couldn’t find the unit we needed for our home and then tried to up sell us with different one. After weeks of looking they found what we wanted but it was still way more expensive than the other company we found. (I mean way more expensive.) I think they were to busy to deal with us at the time and didn’t want to tell us so they made it very difficult to use them. Not a good experience at all. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone else. The company we used found the same unit they said they couldn’t find within minutes and did a fabulous job taking care of our service needs.
