It took two days for us to get an appointment although we didn't have a major immediate emergency. The plumber who came out was very professional and quick he fixed our leak with minimal mess. Thank you!
Called Ray about 9 am on Black Friday, expecting to be told he could come over Saturday or Monday, because it was a holiday weekend. But Ray said he was finishing up a job and could be here by 12 pm He was on time, did a great job and was very fair with his pricing. I highly recommend this company & especially the owner, Ray Sullivan.
So My Gas Hot water Heater Died! Called Modern Plumbing and Heating Co. and was set up next day with appointment. Ray was communicative and responsive! He arrived Friday 5/7/2021 at 2pm and by 4:30 was Done! Old water heater was drained removed New one was installed checked for safety and cleaned! Was explained everything! I even got a warranty! Very Impressed by speed professionalism and cleanliness! Would highly recommend Thank you Modern Plumbing and Heating Co. Service: Water heater installation
