So far we’ve only used CCS once. BUT I will say they have been the best company to work with! They were friendly, on time, and very thorough. They were the best value for our money and the price was easily the most reasonable. Not only that, but they went above and beyond for us. They also quoted us for a job that they said they could easily do where other companies told us they wouldn’t/couldn’t do it. I will be happily sticking with Creative Comfort Solutions from now on!

Had anI issue with my central air unit and contacted Creative Comfort Solutions. They were great! They sent someone out promptly the very next morning to assist. Their representative was on time, very friendly and professional. Most importantly, they diagnosed the issue within a 30-minute time frame and had my system up and running within 60 minutes! Pretty amazing. Not to mention they also made things super convenient for me as the customer. Payment was available to be made to their representative via card right on the spot for both parts and labor. Could not have asked for a better overall experience! Five stars *****

I've been a customer of Creative Comfort for a few years now and have always been extremely happy with their service, quality and professionalism. CC designed a HVAC solution for my very old house (with a weird layout) which keeps it cool all summer. All of their members are good people and highly professional. Whenever I've had a routine issue, their dispatcher is able to get someone out fairly quickly. Highly recommend.
