Great experience! We had our Mini Split system installed by another company and after 2 years it broke. Gen3 promptly came our, diagnosed the problem (was installed incorrectly causing major failure of the system!) our mini split was fixed and blowing cold air in no time! Jimmy and Mike were polite, clean, respectful and informative in what they were doing! It was also a thunderstorm and hailing and they worked promptly and safely to get the job done!! I called Gen3 Electric & HVAC for a quote I was offered an appointment the same day or next. I chose the next our technician was Cyrus. He arrived on time, was professional and polite. He answered all questions and provided valuable insight. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs it.

Matt Gatens was our Tech that came out. Super efficient, very knowledgeable and excellent housekeeping with his equipment. Came out did the diagnostics ordered and replace damaged parts in our system almost immediately, he left our system cleaner than he found it. Extremely happy with the services.
