This company is amazing! We called them and an HR later Aaron was here with the part in hand without even knowing what it was for sure! He hit it on the head and got it fixed. We have heat again! First snow of 2022. Service: Heating system repair

First found F&G when they were a subcontractor on an addition to our house into which we had recently moved. While they were working, the main existing AC failed. We called the service people who we had "inherited" and were told the AC needed to be replaced and quoted a huge number. Since F&G were already there, I asked if they could give us a quote. The installer asked if he could see the unit, and about 15 min later came back and said "No problem -- the main power wire had shorted loose from the terminal. I cleaned it and reconnected and all if working fine." We've used them since (ten years, including the "failed unit") for routine service, and also for a new system during another remodeling. Highly recommended.

They came out to measure to replace a basement upflush system. Came back to install and had measured wrong. After 4 hours the owner came out and finished the job in two hours. They were here for a total of 6 hours- charged us for 15. Sent the bill with absolutely no breakdown of costs and we had to really push for them to tell us what they were charging us for. In the end the work was good and the one plumber was nice (owner would not even grunt a hello to me) and they were WAY overpriced. I would recommend looking somewhere else unless you have a lot of money to throw at your project
