Everett has done 'well-baby' checks on my heating and air several times. He is on time, courteous, and clearly explains I hope Everett will always be the repairman assigned to my account. The ac fix last spring was done and at a reasonable price. I just signed up for the subscription work for a small monthly charge that will make my maintenance budget happy.
