My house has proven to be full of surprises and my roof was no different. Beyond the exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism, their communication was great. Although the project ended up costing more due to several layers of existing shingles, and rotting wood, Dan and Stacy made sure to discuss the additional time and cost that would be associated with the project ahead of time. They took care of permits (which wasn’t offered by everyone and something I wouldn’t know how to do), parking and general city requirements. From start to finish Armor Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I called several companies for estimates. Armour wasn't the lowest or the highest estimate. But there was something about Dan when he came out - he made me feel comfortable, he explained everything to me, he answered all my questions, and he put me at ease. As someone who had never needed to put a roof on a house before, I appreciated his demeanor. All my dealings with Stacy were the same way - she was professional, kind, and helpful. The crew who came out to install my roof were wonderful. It was a 2 day job. They carefully cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful of my property.
