Called Dustin on Memorial day evening & left a message & he called me back within an hour & was willing to come out that night. Our AC wasn't doing its job. Set at 69 but the temp in the house was 81 degrees. We knew we had a problem. He came out late Tuesday afternoon to get us back up again. He was very professional & respectful of our home & even wore coverings over his shoes. He solved our problem. The temp upstairs is the temp the AC is set at & the temp downstairs is the same. Usually the temp downstairs was a few degrees higher. Now it is the same throughout our whole house. It was a total positive experience & I feel he is someone you can trust which goes along way with me. The cost was right in line as well. No surprises. I would recommend him to a friend for sure.
