Sam was wonderful to work with. He ended up having a scheduling issue and he was very responsive about letting us know when he would be available. He showed up on time and completed a repair of a floor joist for us and reinstalled new gutters. When we had our first rain and we realized the gutters needed some readjustment, he came out within the week to fix them and we have had no issues since! Sam and his team are incredible that understand your renovation needs, make great suggestions and know how to execute. We live in Lancaster PA had a water problem on the floor of our house, needed to replace the wood with ceramic tile, remodel the kitchen and bathroom, re-wallpaper, re-paint, and add trims throughout the renovated area. It was an extensive job that was done well. Sam oversees everything, and never was phased with challenges. He and his team were flexible and acted professionally at all times.
