Unbelievably great experience! We had a slight leak near the chimney due to lack of/old flashing. I called Melvin on a Thursday as I wanted to have the problem fixed before the next substantial rain. He emailed me a quote two hours later. The quote was far less than another quote I received from another business. He then called and scheduled us to have the roof repaired the very next day. The professional roofer who worked on the issue was on time, answered any questions I had regarding the process and what he was going to do/had done, and took his time to ensure the work was done properly.
